Who We Are
Laker Limo is a 501(c) 3 volunteer-based nonprofit organization serving adult residents in Skaneateles.
The organization is led by a 10-person Board of Directors, plus a part-time Executive Director and part-time Volunteer and Client Scheduler.
More than 70 volunteers provide transportation services and organizational support throughout the year.

Kelly Watson - Executive Director
Kelly Phillips Watson, MSML, is a 25- year veteran of the nonprofit arena and a passionate advocate for the role voluntarism plays in creating thriving communities. In her free time, she enjoys writing, photography, volunteering in the community, exploring the region, and world travel.
Janet Winkelman - Volunteer & Client Scheduler
Janet grew up in Skaneateles, where she developed a deep appreciation for all the beauty and charm the community has to offer. After a rewarding career in K-12 education, she returned home to Skaneateles to continue her work in civil service and dedicate her time to local volunteer efforts.
Jill Girzadas - Administrative Coordinator
Jill grew up in Skaneateles and is happy to be back living here with her husband, Gary and 4 children (Will, Charlie, Maggie and Nellie). Jill spent a majority of her career in elementary and preschool education before joining the Laker Limo team. Jill loves watching her kids sports and activities as well as watching them grow and flourish in college and beyond. In her downtime she enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, concerts and spending time with family and friends.
